PNG: A raster based format similar to Jpeg. This format will work in place of Jpeg for use in all editing programs, including Microsoft Office. The benefit of PNG over Jpeg is transparency support (removes the white box around logos when used on background colors).
EPS: A fully VECTORIZED format for graphic designers. For use in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Affinity Designer or another similar vector illustration program. Not compatible with Microsoft Office. Normal windows computers will likely not be able to open these files, but printers will usally request this format.
