Rep Rewards Program – FAQs
1. How do I join the Rep Rewards Program?

2. Who is eligible to join?
Any active sales or pharmaceutical representative is eligible. Employment status must be verified before enrollment is approved.
3. What happens after I apply?
Once your application is approved, you will receive:

A physical Rep Rewards Card mailed to you with your name printed on it

A welcome letter outlining the program

A confirmation email with program details
4. Where can I use my Ultimate Gift Card (UGC)?
Ultimate Gift Cards are accepted at all participating Scott Enterprises locations, including:

5. How do I check my Ultimate Gift Card balance?
Check your balance anytime at: Givex.com.
6. Does my Ultimate Gift Card expire?
No. Ultimate Gift Cards never expire.
7. Where do I send my receipts for points?
Email your signed and dated receipt, verified by the General Manager of the establishment, to rep_rewards@visitscott.com.
8. What if my Ultimate Gift Card is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Notify rep_rewards@visitscott.com immediately. Your card will be deactivated, your existing balance and points will be transferred, and a replacement card will be issued.
9. What Bonus Rewards can I earn?
You earn 1 point per dollar spent at Scott Enterprises locations. Points accumulate until you reach redemption thresholds:

10. Do Bonus Rewards points expire?
Yes. Bonus Reward points expire one year from the date they are earned.
11. How can I check my Bonus Rewards point balance?
Email rep_rewards@visitscott.com to request your current balance.
12. Do I earn 5% back on my Ultimate Gift Card AND earn Bonus Rewards?
Yes. Once your card is activated, you earn 5% back on all eligible purchases, and your total spend also contributes toward Bonus Rewards points.
13. Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Bonus Reward points are non-transferable.
14. When can I begin using my Ultimate Gift Card?
As soon as you receive your UGC. Cards do not expire.
15. Can I use my Ultimate Gift Card to leave a tip?
Yes. You may use your UGC to tip your server.
16. Can I use my UGC for Splash Lagoon or Peek’n Peak overnight packages?

Splash Lagoon: Yes, UGCs may be used for overnight packages only when booking by phone at 1-866-3-SPLASH. Payment methods cannot be changed after billing.

Peek’n Peak: UGCs cannot be used for overnight stays or condo rentals.
17. Can the UGC be used for group bookings, corporate outings, or weddings?
No. UGCs cannot be applied toward any event booked through Group Sales. Including but not limited to events and banquets held onsite.
18. Can the UGC be used to buy special event tickets at Splash Lagoon or Peek’n Peak?
No. UGCs cannot be used to purchase special event tickets or special-event overnight packages.
19. Can I use my Ultimate Gift Card at IHOP?
No. IHOP is not a participating location. Only businesses listed on the front of the card accept UGCs.
20. How long does it take to receive my card?
Cards typically ship within 2-3 business days after your application is approved.
21. How are points calculated?
Points are accrued based on the subtotal of the purchase, before taxes and gratuity are applied. Scott Enterprises reserves the right to modify program rules at any time.
